Shipping & Delivery Policy

GulfCOD is a B2B technology platform connecting independent Sellers with verified Suppliers across the GCC. Shipping, dispatch, and delivery of all products are carried out by independent Suppliers and their appointed logistics partners.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines shown on the Platform are estimates only and may vary depending on Supplier operations, logistics partners, customs procedures, remote or restricted delivery areas, public holidays, weather, or other operational factors beyond GulfCOD's control.

Order Dispatch

Orders are dispatched by the Supplier after confirmation. Confirmation may require successful contact with the end customer. Orders that cannot be confirmed after reasonable attempts may be cancelled.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD amounts are collected by the Supplier or their logistics partner at the time of delivery. GulfCOD does not collect COD from end customers.

Failed & Undelivered Orders

If an order is undelivered, refused, or returned, applicable return charges are deducted from the Seller's payable balance in accordance with the Payout Policy and the Refund & Return Policy.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information is shared on the Seller dashboard. Availability and accuracy of tracking depend on the logistics partner used by the Supplier.

For any delivery-related query, Sellers may contact GulfCOD support, who will coordinate with the relevant Supplier.
