Seller Policy

Last Updated: July 2026

1. Seller Status

Sellers are independent business users of the Platform. Nothing on the Platform creates any employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture between a Seller and GulfCOD.

2. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must: provide accurate account, contact, and payout details; submit only genuine orders with correct customer name, phone, address, product, quantity, and COD amount; market products truthfully without false claims or infringement of third-party rights; comply with laws applicable to their marketing and business, including in the destination country; not promote restricted, illegal, or counterfeit items; and maintain professional conduct with customers, Suppliers, and GulfCOD support.

3. Fake Orders & Fraud

Submitting fake, test, self-placed, or manipulated orders, inflating COD amounts, or abusing pricing, payouts, or promotions is strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to payout withholding, penalty deductions, immediate suspension or termination, and legal action where warranted.

4. Pricing & Margin

Sellers set their selling price above the price shown on the Platform. The Seller's earning is the margin remaining after product cost, applicable charges, and the Platform Fee, subject to the Payout Policy.

5. Account Actions

GulfCOD may issue warnings, limit features, withhold payouts pending investigation, or suspend or terminate Seller accounts for violations of this Policy or the Terms & Conditions.
